Existing Clients

As a Freshwater client:

You’ll be automatically contacted and reminded at your preferred time of year of all the required steps for your tax, BAS, fringe benefits return, taxable payments report, STP finalisation, and any other task applicable to your situation.

If you prefer, you can self-serve at any time via your Freshwater Portal account.

You can also book a phone or video consultation via the link provided in the Client Announcements section of your portal account or by completing the self-serve appointment booking organiser available inside the portal.

If you’re not yet a client, we kindly invite you to submit your appointment enquiry via this link.
While we can’t always guarantee availability, we’re always happy to add new clients who are the right fit for our services to our waiting list.
