Important!
• If you are a new client of Freshwater Taxation, you will need to confirm your identity. You can do this on this form here.
• If your ABN income is the result of your own skill, knowledge or efforts; please now complete our personal services income test.
• If you own an additional rental property please remember to now complete our supplementary rental schedule.

What next?
We will set up your client file, email you a copy of your tax invoice and prepare your income tax return. If we have any questions you will receive an email or a phone call from the accountant working on your return. If you have submitted your details to us on a weekday, please allow 48 hours to receive a copy of your tax invoice by email from our admin team. If you have submitted your details to us on a weekend, please expect to receive your invoice by email by Monday 10pm at the latest.

How long will I wait?
We don’t like to keep our clients waiting. Our aim is to provide you with a very thorough and speedy service. Generally speaking, you should not wait longer than 3- 4 working days to receive a copy of your income tax return by email for your approval. If there is a delay, it is because we have uncovered additional information required in order to prepare your tax return and we are waiting on you to provide this to us. We will always advise quickly if we require additional information from you.
